Update, April 7th, 6:20 p.m.: This story was updated because the teenager was found.

DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — Dawson Creek’s RCMP detachment was looking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager this week.

She was reported missing on Thursday, April 2nd.

However, on April 7th, officers reported she had been found “safe and sound.”

“The RCMP thanks the media and public for their assistance,” an update said.
