Fort St. John clinic hires two new doctors with capacity for 3,000 new patients

The Fort St. John Family Practice Associates Clinic is accepting up to 3,000 new patients after recruiting two new physicians.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Residents of Fort St. John who have been waiting for a family physician may soon be in luck. 

The Fort St. John Family Practice Associates Clinic has recruited two new physicians – Dr. Manraj Khangura and Dr. Haroon Ahmed.

Both Dr. Khangura and Dr. Ahmed will begin practice in September 2026, the clinic said in an email to Energeticcity.ca.

It said the new physicians have the capacity to accept 3,000 new patients. 

Patients on the Health Connect Registry waitlist will be assigned a physician in order of registration until the 3,000 spots are taken. 

Both the physicians are currently finishing up their residency in Fort St. John.

Patients who wish to join the waitlist can download a new patient form on the clinic’s website and return it to the clinic, or register in-person at the clinic at 10011-96 Street.
