Northern Health had previously confirmed to Energeticcity.ca that it continues to experience “interruptions” due to “staffing shortages”.

Normal working hours for the health centre are Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On weekends and outside of working hours, the health authority urged residents in need of emergency healthcare to call 911 to connect with BC Emergency Health Services for transport to the nearest available hospital.
