“Since the execution of the original agreement, Northern Vac Track has transitioned under the parent company, Northern Equity Partners, and has completed a corporate rebrand,” staff noted.

The newly rebranded NVT Logistics has agreed to pay the city $180,000, or $12,000 annually, to hold the naming rights to what will be the NVT Logistics Walking Track from 2026 to 2041.

The city is hosting a “special event” on March 31st to unveil the rebranded walking track to members of the public. The city will be releasing more information about the event, including the time, at a later date.
