Overnight maintenance planned for Taylor Bridge

Taylor Bridge will be reduced to single-lane, alternating traffic overnight on February 6th for maintenance, according to Dawson Road Maintenance.

TAYLOR, B.C. — Weekend drivers are being warned of overnight delays at the Taylor Bridge due to maintenance.

Dawson Road Maintenance announced the work in a February 3rd Facebook post, and stated travellers should expect delays when travelling. 

From 7 p.m. on February 6th to 3:30 a.m. on February 7th, traffic will be reduced to a single, alternating lane controlled by a pilot car, and overweight and oversized loads exceeding 3.85 metres in width will be unable to cross.

This is the second round of maintenance scheduled for the bridge so far this year, after an overnight reduction starting January 26th.
