(UPDATE) Court Report: November 10th to 14th
Today’s court report contains all the sentences handed down in the Peace region between November 10th to 14th.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Below are the latest sentences handed down from the Fort St. John and Dawson Creek provincial courts between November 10th and 14th.
Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, November 10th
Nathan Robert Wayne Field (born 1991):
Field was found guilty of mischief on July 30th, 2025 and breaching a release order on September 17th, 2025.
Field was sentenced to jail time served and a 12-month probation order.
Richard Douglas Miller (born 1952):
Miller was found guilty of impaired operation of a conveyance by alcohol or drugs in Fort St. John on March 31st, 2024.
Latest Stories
Miller was fined $1,500 and banned from driving for one year.
Clifford Ryan Poole (born 1987):
Poole was sentenced to jail time served after being found guilty of three charges:
- Breach of probation order in Fort St. John on July 26th, 2024.
- Mischief $5,000 or under in Fort St. John on March 3rd, 2025.
- Breach of release order in Fort St. John on May 26th, 2025.
Poole was also found guilty of mischief for obstructing, interrupting or interfering with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property in Charlie Lake. For this, Poole was given 45 days in jail.
Finally, Poole was found guilty of theft $5,000 or under in Fort St. John on August 9th, 2025, and sentenced to 13 days in prison.
Poole was also issued a 24-month probation order for the charges.
Jesse James Roberts (born 1984)
Roberts was found guilty of dangerous operation of a conveyance and issued a conditional discharge, which means the record won’t show a conviction if a person meets the conditions the judge sets.
Roberts was also issued a probation order and a driving prohibition, both for one year.
Philip Clayton Testawitch (born 1988)
Testawitch was found guilty of four charges:
- Breach of a probation order in Fort St. John on January 27th, 2025.
- Assault with a weapon and mischief $5,000 or under in Fort St. John on December 22nd, 2024.
- Theft $5,000 or under in Fort St. John in January and April 2025.
Testawitch was sentenced to jail time served and issued a six-month probation order. Testawitch was also given a one-year conditional sentence, which is to be served outside of jail under strict conditions, sometimes called ‘house arrest.’
Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, November 12th
Jackie Danny Curtis Williams (born 1989)
Williams was found guilty of assault in Fort St. John on February 14th, 2024.
Williams was sentenced to jail time served, plus issued a 12-month probation order and a five-year firearm prohibition, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping the victims of a crime.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing, November 12th
Bradley Supernant (born 1968)
Supernant was found guilty of ‘break and enter to commit an indictable offence’ and aggravated assault in Dawson Creek on November 17th, 2024.
Supernant was sentenced to jail time served, ordered to report for sample collection, issued a one-year probation order and given a firearm prohibition for 10 years.
Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, November 14th
Brittany Justine Campbell (born 1992)
Campbell was found guilty of dangerous operation of a conveyance for incidents in Quesnel on March 7th, 2025.
Campbell was sentenced to jail time served and banned from driving for two years.
