Buick Creek Water Station to close for maintenance

The Buick Creek Water Station will close on October 14th before being reopened on October 17th, the PRRD says.

PEACE RIVER, B.C. — The Buick Creek Water Station will soon be closed for maintenance.

The Peace River Regional District announced the water station, located at 14853 Buick Creek Road, will be temporarily closed for regular maintenance starting on Tuesday, October 14th.

The closure is expected to last three days, with the station scheduled to reopen on Friday, October 17th.

During the shutdown, residents are encouraged to make use of alternative water stations in the region:

  • Boundary Lake Water Station at 1105 Cecil Lake Road
  • Feye Spring Water Station at 1863 Imperial Avenue
  • Rose Prairie Water Station at 15615 259th Road

Each station features a tank loader, as well as a small bottle filler, available 24 hours a day.
