Construction begins on new retail development in Fort St. John
The Shops at Fort St. John Crossing will be a 20,000 square-foot retail centre on the southeast corner of 93rd Avenue and 86th Street.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Development has started on a new retail space located within Fort St. John.
Construction began on The Shops at Fort St. John Crossing on a 2.31-acre site on the southeast corner of 93rd Avenue and 86th Street.
The property will be developed by Harbour, a company which also manages the Fort St. John Crossing space along the Alaska Highway.
When completed, the space will encompass 20,000 square footage of retail area with approximately 4,120 square footage of parking space and drive-through area, according to its website.
Harbour manages several other properties in western Canada, including in Williams Lake, Calgary, Sherwood Park and Regina.
The Shops at Fort St. John Crossing is expected to be completed by summer 2026.
