New dog park set to open in Taylor
The District of Taylor will be opening a new dog park on September 11th at the former site of Ball Diamond number two.
TAYLOR, B.C. — The District of Taylor will be opening a new dog park in September.
A grand opening event for the park is planned on September 11th at 3 p.m. at the former Ball Diamond number two near the District Ice Centre.
The District of Taylor encourages residents to bring their dogs for an afternoon filled with play, socializing and “paw-sitive” vibes.
The district also encourages visitors to follow posted dog park rules, which include:
- Using the park at your own risk
- Cleaning up dog waste immediately
- Supervising dogs at all times, owners are solely liable for the actions of their pets
- Avoiding bringing aggressive or sick dogs, females in heat, puppies under four months old or glass containers
