Wilbur’s one charge stems from an incident that allegedly took place in the city on December 1st, 2021.

Outside of her mayoral campaign, Wilbur served as a councillor in Dawson Creek from 2012 to 2021.

She was also the president of the North Central Local Government Organization from 2017 to 2018.
