Tumbler Ridge police look to return backpack with ‘sentimental’ value

TUMBLER RIDGE, B.C. — Tumbler Ridge RCMP officers have located a missing backpack and wants to return it to the rightful owner. 

On June 9th, Corporal Madonna Saunderson, RCMP media relations officer for the North District, said police found a backpack with “personal items” and believe it may have sentimental value to the owner. 

“If you think this backpack may be yours, contact the Tumbler Ridge RCMP,” said Madonna Saunderson.

Officers did not disclose the bag’s contents, but are asking anyone who believes it may belong to them to contact the detachment and describe its contents.
