FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Localized power outages will halt operations at a regional water station next week.

According to a release on its website, the PRRD says Feye Spring Water Station at 1863 Imperial Avenue in Clayhurst will be closed from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14th.

The closure is “necessary to accommodate localized power outages resulting from routine maintenance in the area,” reads the release.

Service at the water station will return to normal operations once power is restored, and the PRRD suggests using the Buick Creek Water Station at 14853 Buick Creek Road in Buick as an alternative.

More information about the service disruption is available by contacting the PRRD’s environmental services department at 250-784-3200 or by e-mail at environmental.services@prrd.bc.ca
