“We’re always getting animals…it’s just never ending,” said Schoroth.
She said the money will help two dogs she picked up on April 8th, whose owner did not have the means to provide for them.Â
The dog breeds are not known but Schoroth suspects they are mixed labradors.Â

Schoroth says the North Paw Animal Rescue is also trying to renovate its facility in Fort Nelson in preparation for a grand re-opening in May, for which a date has not yet been set.
“The public can come see the facility and all the work we’ve done, and meet any of the animals that we have in our care,” said Schoroth.
