Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, March 10th
David Edward Roy Anderson (born 1984):

Anderson was found guilty of two counts of breaching a probation order and one count of breaching a release order, for incidents in Fort St. John that took place between January and May of 2024.
In addition to jail time served, Anderson received two 12-month probation orders and a 12-day conditional sentence, which is a sentence to be served outside of jail under strict conditions, sometimes called “house arrest.”

Billy-Joe Dore (born 1973)

Dore was found guilty of three counts of flight from police and four counts of dangerous operation of a conveyance, for incidents that took place between May and October of 2024 in Fort St. John.
Dore was sentenced to a combined total of 482 days in jail, in addition to time served. Dore also received seven 16-month probation orders and seven three-year driving prohibitions.
Michael David Trosky (born 1990):
Trosky was found guilty of two counts of breaching a release order, two counts of possession of stolen property over $5,000, and one count of driving while disqualified under the Canadian Criminal Code, for incidents in Briar and Dawson Creek that took place between May of 2022 and June of 2023.
Trosky was sentenced to jail time served, and received six 18-month probation orders and one three-year driving prohibition.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing, March 13th
Terry Antoine Gabriel (born 1988):
Gabriel was found guilty of wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer for an incident in Chetwynd on November 8th, 2021. Gabriel was issued a one-year suspended sentence, where the accused is given conditions to follow. They also received a one-year probation order and a $100 victim surcharge, which goes towards benefiting the victim of a crime.
Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, March 14th
Russell Keith Robert Fraser (born 1982):
Fraser was issued a recognizance after the allegation, where the accused is given conditions to follow, after being charged with causing fear of injury and/or damage to a person and/or property for an incident that took place December 22nd, 2024 in Fort St. John.
Cassandra Sophie Karakootie (born 1991):
Karakootie was issued a recognizance after the allegation, where the accused is given conditions to follow, after being charged with causing fear of injury and/or damage to a person and/or property for an incident that took place December 22nd, 2024 in Charlie Lake.
John Mitchell Maceachern (born 1989):
Maceachern was found guilty of two counts of theft $5,000 or under, one count of dealing with an identity document without a lawful excuse and one count of possession of stolen property for incidents in Fort St. John, Taylor and Doig River that took place between June and October of 2024.
Maceachern was sentenced to jail time served and received four 12-month probation orders.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing, March 14th
Tyler John Apsassin (born 1981):
Apsassin was found guilty of assault for an incident in Moberly Lake on April 7th, 2024. Apsassin received a 60-day conditional sentence.
