Obituary – Jean Marie Way

Jean Marie Way
May 2, 1929 – February 18, 2025

With heavy hearts we announce that on February 18, 2025, our mother Jean Marie Way peacefully passed away. During the last two month of her life she kept asking to go home where she now resides.

Born and raised in Rolla, BC, just north of Dawson Creek on a beautiful farm and her adult life she resided in Edmonton, AB.

Jean is survived by her son Arol Solberg of Woking AB, daughter Joan Way (Larry Franchuk), grandson Chris Wityshyn (Racheal) and great grandson Lincoln.

She is predeceased by husband Wally Way, sister Betty Gagne and brother George Hull and her parents.

In lieu of flowers, if you wish to donate, please support the Alzheimer and Dementia Society.
Interment will be held in Rolla, BC Cemetery sometime in May.
