In this edition, enjoy Family Literacy Week with a plethora of events. Plus, events happening Jan 28-Feb 3, 2025

Hi everybody,
For the last week of January, there are actually quite a few events going on. A big one is Family Literacy Week being put on by the Fort St John Literacy Society in partnership with other organizations in town. For example, there’s a Learn to be Green event at the Library with the Charlie Lake Conservation Society, a self-guided tour at Tse’k’wa, a scavenger hunt at the North Peace Museum, and so much more.
Other events going on this week include Winter Fest in Hudson’s Hope, Country Night in Canada in Dawson and FSJ, a World Café with Doig River First Nation, and a dance competition over the weekend. You can find links to all of these events and more below. Have a good week!
