Brown was found guilty of assault and mischief $5,000 or under for an incident in Charlie Lake on May 30th, 2024. For each charge, Brown was issued a conditional discharge and a 12-month probation order. A conditional discharge means the record won’t show a conviction if a person meets the conditions the judge sets.

Michael Robert Corris (born 1987):

Corris was found guilty of possession and/or use of a stolen credit card, possession of a firearm contrary to an order, breach of a probation order, disguising his face with intent to commit an offense, and breaching a release order, for incidents in Fort St. John between December of 2022 and September of 2023.

Corris was additionally ordered to report for DNA sample collection and subjected to forfeiture, which allows the government to seize property and assets “tainted” by crime.

Metecheah was found guilty of driving while prohibited and/or with a suspended license, for an incident in Halfway River Indigenous Reserve on August 25th, 2023. Metecheah was issued a $1,000 fine and a $150 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping victims of a crime.
