PRRD to consider notice of intent in Chetwynd area

The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) has announced that it will consider a Development Variance Permit for a Chetwynd area property.

CHETWYND, B.C. — The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) has announced that it will consider a Development Variance Permit for a Chetwynd area property. 

The district will consider issuing the permit at its upcoming meeting on January 9th, 2025.

According to the Notice of Intent, the applicant intends to increase their property’s maximum floor building area.

The applicant intends to increase the property area from 232 square metres to 301 square metres to accommodate a 40 x 60-foot shop. 

The building is located at 6047 Westall Subdivision. 

Written comments can be submitted until 4 p.m. on January 8th and read at the PRRD meeting.
