PRRD grant for rural non-profits opens for new year

The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) has announced the opening and closing dates of a grant designed to support rural non-profits in 2025.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) has announced the opening and closing dates of a grant designed to support rural non-profits in 2025.

According to the PRRD official Facebook page, the Rural Recreational and Cultural Grant-in-Aid grant will accept applications from non-profit organizations in Electoral Areas B, C, and parts of D and E from January 6th to January 31st.

The grant is intended to support non-profits by providing financial assistance to support generation operations, capital funds, and special events. Non-profits can submit their applications by email to the PRRD before January 31st.
