UPDATE February 25th: A previous version of this article included an error. It said Rosemarie Bigol Selisa had been found guilty of the lesser included charge of causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property. A recognizance is not a criminal charge, and Selisa was in fact not found guilty of a criminal charge. Energeticcity.ca is happy to set the record straight.
