Snowfall warning issued in Williston and Pine Pass

HUDSON’S HOPE, B.C. — Environment Canada is issuing a snowfall warning on Friday, December 13th, for the Williston and Pine Pass areas. 

A total of 15 centimetres of snowfall is expected from this evening until Saturday afternoon. 

Drivers are advised that visibility may become limited.

“Rapidly accumulating snow can make travel difficult,” says the alert.

Public Safety Canada encourages people to make an emergency plan and kit with drinking water, food, medicine, first aid, and a flashlight. 

Residents can report severe weather to Environment Canada by emailing BCstorm@ec.gc.ca.
