Prince George vehicle collision sends six people to hospital
A collision between two vehicles has sent six people to the hospital, four of which are children, according to the Prince George RCMP.

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — A collision between two vehicles has sent six people to the hospital, four of which are children, according to the Prince George RCMP.
No deaths are being reported.
“There was a single occupant in the pickup truck and a family of five, including four children between the ages of five and twelve, in the minivan,” says Prince George RCMP’s Corporal Jennifer Cooper.

“All of those involved were taken to the hospital by Emergency Health Services with injuries ranging from moderate to severe,” she explains.
This collision occurred on Highway 97 South near Colebank Road.
The accident caused a five-hour traffic disruption in order for police and a North District Traffic Analyst to gather information at the scene.
An investigation is currently ongoing but criminality is not suspected.
