Late payments will also change starting in 2025. If unpaid by the end of the month, a late payment fee of 2 percent of the invoice amount will be charged.

The only exceptions approved for this late payment charge include a state of emergency declared by the city, the province, or the government of Canada and a city council vote to waive the late payment charges.

North Peace Airport Services will also not be charged a late payment fee until the invoice is unpaid for three months.
