Dawson Creek council appoints new members to library board

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The City of Dawson Creek has approved several appointments to the Dawson Creek Municipal Library Board during a regular council meeting. 

During the November 4th regular council meeting, Mayor Darcy Dober and councillors approved the reappointment of three City of Dawson Creek residents to the board for two-year terms set to expire on November 30th, 2026.

The council additionally approved two new appointments to the board for one-year terms expiring on November 30th, 2025. After this one-year term, appointees can be reappointed for a two-year long term, which, if approved, would expire in 2027.
