Man found dead near B.C. – Yukon border

Police and the BC Coroners Service are investigating the death of a man found near the British Columbia and Yukon border.

WATSON LAKE, B.C. — Police and the BC Coroners Service are investigating the death of a man found near the British Columbia and Yukon border. 

The Watson Lake RCMP were first notified at 10:30 am on October 28th, that a body was discovered on the bank of the Liard River in Lower Post B.C. 

Officers are working alongside the Coroners Service to identify the deceased individual.
