The North Peace Gymnastics Association (NPGA) has announced that its annual general meeting will be held at its gym on Saturday, November 2nd.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The North Peace Gymnastics Association (NPGA) has announced that its annual general meeting will be held at its gym on Saturday, November 2nd.
A Facebook post from NPGA says eight directors will be elected during the meeting. These volunteer positions will run for a term of one to two years.
The association will then appoint a chairperson, vice-chairperson, secretary, and treasurer.

The NPGA was formed in 1976 after Fort St. John hosted the Northern BC Winter Games in 1974, according to its website.
According to the organization, its mission is to “create a safe, inclusive, and family-oriented environment.”
NPGA’s 2023-24 season had several highlights, including a first-place finish from its platinum team at the Xcel BC Championships in April.
The annual general meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at NPGA’s headquarters, located at 10023 95th Avenue in Fort St. John.
