FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The City of Fort St. John has announced an emergency water shutoff affecting some residents has ended.
According to the city’s social media, the shutoff happened near 111th Avenue and 96th Street, beginning shortly after 10:00 a.m. September 10th.

No reason for the shutoff was provided, but city staff said impacted residents were notified, and no estimate for when water service would be restored in the area was provided.
The city then announced at 3:00 p.m. that water service had been restored.
