August Long Weekend is coming up, which means we’re already halfway through summer, which is wild! There are a ton of fun events happening this weekend, including a BC Day BBQ presented by MLA Dan Davies, the sponsor of this newsletter. On Monday, August 5, swing by the park at 100th Street and 100th Avenue in Fort St John to celebrate BC Day with some free food, drinks, music, and more.
Other events include the CAPS Transport IMCA Modified Invitational at Taylor Speedway, the Doig River Rodeo, and the World Invitational Gold Panning Event. You can find links to all of these and more below.
