FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) authorized the installation of cabinetry in a space at the Chetwynd Public Library to increase storage for additional supplies and equipment.

According to a report to the board, the Chetwynd Public Library Association (CPLA) must get consent from the PRRD to make any alterations to the facility under the Funding, Service, and Occupancy Agreement.

The report says the CPLA is responsible for installing the ‘Maker Space’ in the library, which costs $4,987.50.
