Small wildfire near Big Beaver Creek B.C. blazes out of control

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — A 0.009-hectare wildfire has been reported by the BC Wildfire Service (BCWS)
The ‘out of control’ fire ignited on July 15th and is located near Big Beaver Creek, a stream located approximately 70 kilometres north of Prophet River and 50 kilometres south of Fort Nelson.
According to the BCWS, the cause of the fire is suspected to be humans or human activity.
