Discharge of Air Emissions
We/I, Pacific Canbriam Energy Limited., (2100, 215 2 St SW, Calgary, AB T2P 1M4), intend to submit this amendment application to the Director of Environmental Management and Reclamation at the British Columbia Energy Regulator (BCER) to authorize the discharge of air emissions from an existing sweet natural gas processing facility that will be expanded. The additional sources of waste discharge for this amendment are as follows: – Three (3) Caterpillar 3616 Main Compressors, Natural Gas Driven Engines – Two (2) Caterpillar 3606 Refrigeration Compressors, Natural Gas Driven Engines – One (1) Caterpillar 3520 Generator, Natural Gas Driven Engine The land upon which the existing facility is situated, and the discharge will occur is b-72-A/94-B-8 (56.3104, – 122.023), located at/on/near the Beryl Prairie Road, 75km West of Fort St John, within the Peace River Regional District. The maximum rate of air emissions discharged from this facility will be 79.9 m3/s continuous and 208.2 m3/s emergency. The operating period for this facility will be 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. The characteristics of the waste discharged are as follows: 0.0 g/s SO2, 13.07 g/s NOx, 49.35 g/s CO and 7.96 g/s VOC (continuous), 0.0 g/s SO2, 120.32 g/s NOx, 240.39 g/s CO and 0.00 g/s VOC (emergency). Any person who may be adversely affected by the proposed discharge of waste and wishes to provide relevant information may, within 30 days after the last date of posting, publishing, service or display, send written comments to the applicant, with a copy to the Regional Manager, Environmental Protection at British Columbia Energy Regulator Fort St John Office (6534 100th Ave., Fort St. John, B.C., V1J 8C5) or by email at Waste.Management@bc-er.ca . The identity of any respondents and the contents of anything submitted in relation to this application will become part of the public record. |
