Dawson Creek police looking for witnesses

Dawson Creek RCMP officers are searching for witnesses after a road rage assault occurred between two men on the afternoon of 25th June 2024.

DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — Dawson Creek RCMP officers are searching for witnesses after a road rage assault occurred between two men on the afternoon of June 25th 2024.

Constable Emma Baron says the assault happened at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the area of 13th Street and Alaska Avenue, when the victim had an altercation with a man driving a 1990’s Chevrolet pickup truck resulting in the assault.

The suspect is described as a man in his 40s, approximately 5ft 10 tall, with a stocky build.
