FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Below are the latest sentences handed out from the Fort St. John provincial court from May 7th to May 11th.

Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, May 7th:

Adrian James Attachie (born 1991):

Attachie was found guilty of one count of breaching a probation order, for an incident in Fort St. John in December of 2023. Attachie was sentenced to jail time served.

Cameron Nicholas Deuling (born 2002):

Deuling was issued a recognizance after the allegation for one count of causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident in Fort St. John in July of 2022. If Deuling doesn’t follow the conditions laid out by the court, they’ll have to pay a $500 fine.

Jason John Michael Gallant (born 1978):

Gallant was found guilty of one count of breaching a probation order and three counts of assaulting a peace officer for an incident in Fort St. John in September of 2023. Gallant was sentenced to a total of 180 days of jail time, as well as an 18-month probation order.

Cynthia Wanda Wolter (born 1983):

Wolter was issued a recognizance after the allegation for one count of causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident in Fort St. John in April of 2022. If Wolter doesn’t follow the conditions laid out by the court, they’ll have to pay a $500 fine.
