She leaves a large family that she loved dearly: children Derek & Mhairi, Geoff & Candice, Alex & Scott and Ken & Susan; grandchildren Kahlila, Isabella, Sophia & Dylan, Duncan & Jaymee, Jordyn & Ben, Lilly, Max & Rose and Kara & Frank; and her greats Callahan, Griffin, Parker and Kennedy.
Anne delighted in things large and small. She found joy in the first crocus of spring and one more hand of cards with friends. One of her fondest achievements was being selected as a Weston Girl, representing Dawson Creek on the 1953 Coronation tour to Britain. Friendships she made on the tour lasted her lifetime.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, May 25th, from 2-4 pm, in her backyard in Parksville.
