Fort Nelson Provincial Court sentencing, April 22nd:
Isaiah Edward Behn (born 1984):
Behn was found guilty of one count of breaching a probation order for an incident in Fort Nelson on March 4th, 2024. Behn was sentenced to jail time served and a $200 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping victims of a crime.Â
Fort Nelson Provincial Court sentencing, April 23rd:
Autumn Heather Cummings (born 1989):
Cummings was found guilty of one count of breaching a probation order for an incident in Fort Nelson on October 27th, 2023. Cummings was issued a suspended sentence, where the accused is given conditions to follow. They were also issued an 18-month probation order and a $100 victim surcharge.

Ealey was issued a 12-month recognizance after the allegation for one count of assault, three counts of breach of undertaking, and one count of causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for incidents in January and February of 2024. If Ealey breaks the conditions laid out by the court, they must pay a $500 fine.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing, April 23rd:
Pamela Rae Beaudoin (born 1983):
Beaudoin was issued a one-year recognizance after the allegation for one count of assault in Dawson Creek on September 25th, 2022. If they break the conditions laid out by the court, they must pay a $500 fine.
Beaudoin was also found guilty of one count of driving while prohibited or with a suspended license for an incident in Dawson Creek on August 16th, 2023. Beaudoin was issued a $750 fine, including a $112.50 victim surcharge.
Nicholas Reynolds (born 1998):
Reynolds was found guilty of one count of breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence, two counts of assault, three counts of uttering threats, four counts of mischief under $5,000, and five counts of possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose for an incident in Dawson Creek on January 1st, 2024.
Reynolds was sentenced to nine additional days in jail on top of jail time served, as well as a 24-month probation order and a 10-year firearm prohibition.Â

Darci Mallory Burke (born 1998):
Burke was issued a 12-month recognizance after the allegation for one count of causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident in Fort Nelson on December 25th, 2022. If Burke breaks the conditions laid out by the court, they must pay a $500 fine.
Carson Harold Grant Poirier-Torraville (born 2000)
Poirier-Torraville was issued a 12-month recognizance after the allegation for one count of assault in Fort Nelson on December 19th, 2022. If Poirier-Torraville breaks the conditions laid out by the court, they must pay a $500 fine.

Gauthier was issued a recognizance after the allegation for two counts of mischief under $5,000 for an incident in Moberly Lake on December 1st, 2022. If Gauthier breaks the conditions laid out by the court, they must pay a $500 fine.

Craig Joshua Reno-Groves (born 1991):
Reno-Groves was issued a 12-month recognizance after the allegation for one count of assault causing bodily harm, for an incident in Prophet River, B.C. on May 14th, 2023. If Reno-Groves breaks the conditions laid out by the court, they must pay a $500 fine.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court Sentencing. April 26th:
Skyler Brandon Jackson (born 1996):
Jackson was found guilty of one count of assault, four counts of mischief under $5,000, five counts of uttering threats, and seven counts of breaching a probation order for incidents in Dawson Creek and Chetwynd, B.C. in August of 2023 and February of 2024.
Jackson was sentenced to a total of 159 days of jail time, jail time served, a 24-month probation order, and a lifetime firearm prohibition.
Michael James Joshua Pearson (born 1998):
Pearson was found guilty of one count of theft under $5,000, one count of breach of recognizance, one count of breach of undertaking, and two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, for incidents in Dawson Creek that occurred between August and October of 2023.
Pearson was sentenced to two days in jail and a suspended sentence, where the accused is given conditions to follow. They’ve also received a 12-month probation order.
