No injuries reported in Pouce Coupe mobile home fire
No injuries were reported following a mobile home fire on Monday morning in Pouce Coupe.

POUCE COUPE, B.C. — No injuries were reported following a mobile home fire on Monday morning in Pouce Coupe.
The Pouce Coupe Volunteer Fire Department was informed about the incident in the area of 56th Avenue at approximately 7 a.m. on March 4th.
Fire Chief Blair Deveau says the first units on the scene observed fire coming from the back side of the mobile home.
“There were residents home, but they all got out, no injuries,” Deveau said.
Dawson Creek and Tomslake fire departments also attended for mutual aid. In total, 18 firefighters attended the fire.
BC Ambulance Service was on standby, adds the fire chief.
BC Hydro and a gas company were also on the scene to disconnect services from the home.

Deveau says most crews had left around noon, but three members remained to extinguish remaining hotspots.
Once the area cools down, the fire chief will go into the home and investigate the cause of the fire.
