Huskies begin playoff run on Friday
Following a first-round bye in the North West Junior Hockey League playoffs, the Huskies are primed to take to the ice for the semi-finals on Friday.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Following a first-round bye in the North West Junior Hockey League (NWJHL) playoffs, the Fort St. John Huskies are primed to take to the ice for the semi-finals on Friday.
As per the team’s Facebook page, the Huskies will host the North Peace Navigators for games one and two on Friday, March 1st, and Saturday, March 2nd, respectively.
Subsequently, the Huskies will hit the road to face the Navigators in Peace River for games three and four on Monday, March 4th, and Wednesday, March 6th.
All games are slated to commence at 8 p.m.
In the previous round, the Navigators triumphed over the Grande Prairie Wheat Kings with a 3-1 series win.
With their sights set on a fifth consecutive championship title, the Huskies are determined to make their mark in the 2023-2024 NWJHL playoffs.
