Fort St. John Provincial Court, November 14th sentencing:
Franklin Nisyok (born 1986)

Nisyok was charged with breach of probation order for an incident in Prince Rupert on September 22nd, 2023. He was given jail time served.
Fort St. John Provincial Court, November 15th sentencing:
Cleve Allan Arnold Rodtka (born 1990)
Rodtka was found guilty of sexual assault for an incident in Pink Mountain on August 15th, 2020. Rodtka was given a 12-month conditional sentence, a $200 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping victims of a crime and was ordered to submit a DNA sample.

Nathan Robert Wayne Field (born 1991)
Field was found guilty of breaching a release order for an incident on June 10th, 2023, in Fort St. John. Field was given jail time served and a two-year probation order.
Trevor Dayton Williams (born 1974)
Williams was charged with possession of stolen property for an incident in Fort St. John on January 11th, 2023. Williams’ previous conditional sentence was suspended, and he was given 58 days in jail.

James William Hawthorn (born 1972)
Hawthorn was charged with causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident on December 11th, 2022, in Fort St. John. Hawthorn was given a 12-month, $500 recognizance after the allegation.
If they break the conditions laid out by the court, they must pay the $500.
Jacob Samms (born 1995)
Samms was found guilty of assault by choking for an incident in Fort St. John on November 4th, 2022. Samms was sentenced to submit a DNA sample, a 12-month probation order, a two-year prohibition from firearms and a suspended sentence.
