O’Connell was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order for an incident on October 17th, 2021, in Fort St. John. He was given fines totalling $1,725, including a victim surcharge and a six-month probation order.

Johann Simon (born 1952)

Simon was found guilty of assault for an incident that occurred on October 10th, 1997, in Halfway River. He was given a suspended sentence, an 18-month probation order and a $300 victim surcharge. A suspended sentence means the accused is given conditions to follow.

Kolten George Stump (born 1991)

Stump was found guilty of three counts of theft of a motor vehicle, possession of property obtained by crime, wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, theft of $5,000 or under, and breaking and entering with intent to commit an offence and uttering threats. 

The incidents happened in Dawson Creek and Fort St. John from March 2022 to July 2022. He was given jail time served, a 12-month probation order and a $100 victim surcharge.
