On October 16th, the Hudson’s Hope RCMP responded to a single motor vehicle accident along Beryl Prairie Road. Upon the investigation, police located the driver, who was found to be uninjured but was believed to be under the influence of alcohol. Police later confirmed this driver to be two and a half times over the legal limit.

The driver was charged with impaired driving, and this file is before the courts. During the investigation, it was noted by the driver that the cause of the accident was due to a sasquatch forcing the truck off the road, and later it angrily shook the truck prior to running off into the woods upon police arriving on scene.

If anyone observes this sasquatch, do not attempt to make contact with it nor try to get a selfie with said hairy beast, and be aware that this creature does not like white pick-up trucks!
