Winterburn was found guilty of wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer for an incident in Fort St. John on March 17th, 2023. He was sentenced to a 12-month probation order, a suspended sentence and a $100 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping victims of a crime. Robinson was found guilty of wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer for an incident in Dawson Creek on October 22nd, 2022 and trespassing at night for an incident on November 8th, 2022, in Dawson Creek. He was given jail time served and a 12-month probation order.

Donald Alexis Daniel Supernault (born 1983)
Supernault was found guilty of forgery, possession of stolen property, two counts of breaking and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence, two counts of mischief of $5,000 or under, using counterfeit money, two counts of breach of release order and two counts of theft of $5,000 or under. The incidents occurred in Dawson Creek from September 2021 to August 2022.
He was sentenced to jail time served, a 12-month probation order, ordered to submit a DNA sample, a 10-year prohibition from firearms, a $500 fine, a forfeiture and 367 days in jail. A forfeiture allows the government to seize property and assets “tainted” by crime.
