UPDATE: Tractor-trailer’s tires on fire near Taylor

The Dawson Creek RCMP were called to an incident where a tractor-trailer’s rear tires were on fire near Taylor.

TAYLOR, B.C. — The Dawson Creek RCMP were called to an incident where a tractor-trailer’s rear tires were on fire near Taylor.

According to the RCMP, the report of the incident on Highway 97 in the northbound lane came in at 1:47 p.m. Friday.

Police and fire are on the scene between the Braden Road and the 226 Road.

The RCMP has no further information at this time.
