Fort St. John Provincial Court, July 17th sentencing:
Byron Eric Horne (born 1986)
Horne was charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking for an incident in Fort St. John on December 15th, 2019. He was given a conditional sentence of two years less a day, ordered to submit a DNA sample, forfeiture, a 12-month probation order and a ten-year prohibition from firearms.
Ethan Samual Marsh (born 2001)
Marsh was found guilty of assault by choking for an incident in Fort St. John on September 1st, 2021. He was given a 12-month probation order and a suspended sentence.
Fort St. John Provincial Court, July 19th sentencing:
Myron Robert Studer (born 1992)
Studer was sentenced for causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident in Fort St. John on December 6th, 2021. He was sentenced to a 12-month, $500 recognizance after the allegation. If he breaks the conditions laid out by the court, he must pay the $500.
Fort St. John Provincial Court, July 20th sentencing:
Richard Luke
Luke was convicted of sexual interference on January 26th, 2023. He was sentenced to 14 months in prison, two years of probation and a ten-year firearm prohibition.
Fort St. John Provincial Court, July 21st sentencing:
Darin Chad Loeppky (born 1976)
Loeppky was found guilty of mischief to property over $5,000, flight from police and the dangerous operation of a conveyance for an incident in Farmington on October 19th, 2022. He was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence, a 12-month probation order and an 18-month prohibition from driving.
He was also found guilty of willfully resisting or obstructing a police officer for an incident in Fort St. John on October 20th, 2022. He was sentenced to jail time served.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court, July 17th sentencing:
Madeline Rose Whyte (born 2000)
Whyte was found guilty of impaired operation of a conveyance, failing to stop when requested by police and breach of a probation order. The charges were committed in Dawson Creek and Briar, B.C., from May 1st, 2021, to January 17th, 2023. She was given fines totalling $1,500, four years prohibition from driving and jail time served.

Philip William Forster (born 1954)
Forster was charged with causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident in Dawson Creek on November 20th, 2022.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court, July 20th sentencing:
Skyler Brandon Jackson (born 1996)
Jackson was charged with driving while prohibited or while his license is suspended, three counts of assault, two counts of breach of release order, three counts of breach of undertaking, wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, two counts of assault with a weapon, and mischief of $5,000 or under.
The charges occurred in Mackenzie, Chetwynd and Moberly Lake from September 2021 to February 2023.
He was fined $1,000, given an 18-month probation order, jail time served, a ten-year firearm prohibition, a suspended sentence, 21 days in jail and ordered to submit a DNA sample.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court, July 21st sentencing:
Richard John Calliou (born 1973)
Calliou was charged with a breach of release order, four counts of driving while prohibited or with his license suspended and wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
The offences occurred in Tumbler Ridge and Dawson Creek from January 2021 to January 2023.
He was sentenced to jail time served, fines totalling $1,500 and given a 12-month driving prohibition.
Gregory James Redbear (born 1976)
Redbear was found guilty of uttering threats for an incident on October 25th, 2022, in Tupper. He was sentenced to jail time served and given a one-year probation order.
