Man wanted for assault surrenders to Fort St. John Police

The Fort St. John RCMP is thanking the public for their assistance after a wanted 31-year-old man turned himself in to the detachment.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Fort St. John RCMP is thanking the public for their assistance after a wanted 31-year-old man turned himself in to the detachment.

On April 19th, 2023, local police requested residents’ help in locating Tyson Dwight Cote, who was wanted on a warrant for assault.

The RCMP said the Cote went to the Fort St. John detachment on May 5th to turn himself in and was then released on undertaking.
