Robyn Margaret Boynton (born 1969)

Boynton was found guilty of driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs for an incident that occurred in Wonowon on May 23rd, 2022. Boynton was given a $2,000 fine and a prohibition from driving for 12 months.
Sasha Mae Mary Burke (born 1991)
Burke was found guilty of causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident on June 28th and 29th, 2022, in Fort St. John. She was given a one-year recognizance after the allegation, wherein she must follow conditions laid out by the court.

Prescott was found guilty of breaking and entering with intent to commit an offence, mischief of $5,000 or under and motor vehicle theft for an incident on August 11th, 2022, in Fort St. John. He was ordered to report for DNA sample collection, given a 12-month probation order, a 12-month conditional sentence, a jail sentence to be served in Fort St. John, and a $4,357.65 restitution charge, which requires the offender to pay the victim for financial losses the victim suffered because of the crime.
He was also found guilty of uttering threats, theft under $5,000, carrying a weapon or prohibited device or ammo and mischief under $5,000 in Vancouver for a number of incidents last year. In addition to the other charges, he was given a three-month conditional sentence, ordered to report for DNA sample collection, another 12-month probation order, a 10-year prohibition from firearms and a $100 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping victims of a crime.

Joseph William Kelly (born 1962)
Kelly was found guilty of theft of $5,000 or under for an incident on April 15th, 2022, in Fort St. John. He was sentenced to 23 days in jail and given a 12-month probation order.
He was found guilty of multiple counts of theft of $5,000 or under for incidents in 2022 in Fort St. John. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail and given a 12-month probation order.
He was also found guilty of wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and possessing stolen property under $5,000 for an incident on September 12th, 2022, in Fort St. John. He was given jail time served, a 12-month probation order and a forfeiture, which allows the government to seize property and assets “tainted” by crime.
Kelly was found guilty of breaching his release order in Prince George on January 29th, 2023. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and given a 12-month probation order.
In total, Kelly was sentenced to 75 days in jail, and his probation order will last 12 months as the orders will run concurrently.

Dawson Creek Provincial Court, May 2nd sentencing:
Nathan Colin Whynot (born 1998)
Whynot was found guilty of assault, breach of undertaking, theft of $5,000 or under and a breach of release order in Dawson Creek between 2018 and 2020. He was sentenced to one day in jail and jail time served.
He was also found guilty of arson concerning an inhabited property and a breach of release order in Dawson Creek in 2020. He was sentenced to jail time served and a two-year probation order.
