Fort St. John Provincial Court, April 17th sentencing:
Jason William Werle (born 1988)

Werle was sentenced to a $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident in Fort St. John in July 2022. If he breaks the conditions laid out by the court, he must pay the $500. He was also sentenced to a $993.20 restitution, which requires the offender to pay the victim for financial losses the victim suffered because of the crime.
Fort St. John Provincial Court, April 19th sentencing:
John Michael Sammon (born 1970)
Sammon was found guilty of wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer for an incident in Charlie Lake on May 13th, 2022. He was given fines totalling $3,250, including a victim surcharge which goes towards helping victims of a crime, and a one-year probation order.

Thompson was sentenced to a $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident in Fort St. John on November 23rd, 2022.
William James McWhirter (born 1979)
McWhirter was found guilty of five counts of theft of $5,000 or under for incidents that took place between 2021 to 2023 in Fort St. John. For the incident in November 2021, he was sentenced to jail time served, given a 12-month probation order and ordered to pay a $135 restitution. For the other counts, he was given 12-month probation orders, the latest incident occurred on February 5th, 2023.
Terri Lynn Wolfe (born 1978)
Wolfe was found guilty of assault with a weapon for an incident on December 22nd, 2021, in Fort St. John. Wolfe was ordered to submit a DNA sample, sentenced to two years in jail and given a lifetime prohibition from firearms.
Wolfe was also found guilty of mischief of $5,000 or under and theft of $5,000 or under and was sentenced to jail time served.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court, April 19th sentencing:
Charles Richard Calahasen (born 1975)
Calahasen was found guilty of assault with a weapon, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and breach of a release order for an incident in Dawson Creek on March 19th, 2021. He was sentenced to a total of 72 days in jail and an 18-month probation order.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court, April 20th sentencing:
Jarred Colten Lepretre (born 1992)
Lepretre was found guilty of mischief and driving while prohibited, or his licence was suspended for an incident on March 4th, 2021. He was sentenced to jail time served, fines totalling $575, including a victim surcharge, and a 12-month prohibition from driving.
