FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Last weekend’s snowfall has pushed back Community Pitch-in Week in Fort St. John.
Pitch-in week will now take place from April 22nd, Earth Day, to May 6th.
Pitch-in week is a national program to get Canadians involved in a community clean-up program, and the City of Fort St. John encourages citizens to help keep the community clean.
The city wants people to share the interesting stuff they find and pictures of them helping clean the community.
Residents can comment on the City of Fort St. John Recreation Facebook page or email pictures to [email protected], as there are prizes to be won.
