South Taylor Hill closed due to vehicle collision

UPDATE as of 9:30 – Drivebc.ca says the collision is now clear.  Traffic has started to move slowly in both directions.

UPDATE as of 6pm – Drivebc.ca says the highway is open to single lane alternating traffic.

Fort St. John RCMP says Highway 97 South and Pingel Creek Road is blocked due to a two vehicle collision.

Emergency vehicles are en route and public travel will be delayed for an undetermined amount of time.
