Council is hosting the event at 6:30 p.m. at the Taylor Community Hall or from the comfort of your own home by attending the Facebook Live event.

Mayor Rob Fraser and council will be discussing the park along with other projects like the Public Works Shop and the Community Hall kitchen update.

Peace Island Park was set to enter a new era after a new caretaker was announced in March. That only lasted a few months before the District decided the fit wasn’t right.

Adam Regan was hired back to continue out the year with his contract ending December 31st, 2021. Regan and his wife, Nancy, previously ran the park since 2018.
