The project has identified three goals for maximizing the longterm benefit for the Peace region: enhance provincial industrial goods movement and commerce, support the sustainability of Peace River communities, and support a healthy environment.

The feedback survey will help the Province understand what is most important to travellers along the Highway 97 corridor from Fort St. John to Dawson Creek through the community of Taylor, and what the specific transportation needs are in the corridor.

According to the Province, around 7,500 vehicles cross the bridge every day, 30 per cent of that traffic is commercial vehicles.

The B.C. government is looking for input on how residents use the bridge today, and what the concerns are for the future.

The survey takes less than five minutes to complete.
